合肥至安庆铁路引入合肥枢纽建设方案研究

摘要:在研究合肥城市规划和合肥枢纽概况的基础上,分析了枢纽客货运作业量及枢纽能力适应性,提出了近期修建西环货车外绕线解决桃花店~合肥西~合九线路所区间通过能力不足的问题,并适时修建第三客站解决现有客运站到发线能力不足的问题。然后针对第三客站建设时机,研究了新建第三客站、合肥站折角、合肥南站折角、经由合肥站和合肥南站绕行等四个方案,并进行了综合分析比选,提出近期即在合安铁路工程中修建合肥枢纽第三客站和西环货车外绕线。

Research on The Project Of Hefei to Anqing Railway Introducing Hefei Hub

Abstract:Based on the study of Hefei urban planning and Hefei hub, this paper analyzes the passenger and cargo operating volume, as well as the adaptability of hub capacity, constructing the outer winding line of the western ring Freight car in the near future to solve the capability deficiency in the section of Taohuadian ~ HefeiXi~ HeJiu blockhouse is put forward, in addition, timely building the Third passenger station to resolve the insufficient capacity of the existing passenger station arrival and departure tracks. Then, according to the construction opportunity of the third passenger station, four schemes are studied, such as the scheme of newly built third passenger station, the scheme of angular running in Hefei station, the scheme of angular running in Hefei south station, the scheme of detouring through Hefei station and Hefei south station, moreover the comprehensive analysis and comparison are carried out. It is proposed that the third passenger station and the outer winding line of the western ring Freight car of Hefei hub should be built in the near future in Hefei to Anqing railway engineering.

1合肥城市规划及枢纽概况
1.1合肥城市总体规划
合肥市为安徽省省会,皖江城市带核心城市,合肥都市圈中心城市,长三角城市经济协调会城市,长江中下游城市群副中心城市,同时也是华东地区综合交通枢纽之一。城市布局将形成“一主三副、双心双轴、六大组团、六条生态带”的开放式空间结构模式。合肥市土地面积达1.14万平方公里,到2020年,合肥市域总人口为1088万人,城镇化率达80.3%,中心城区城市人口360万人,中心城区建设用地360平方公里。

1.2.1衔接线路概况
合肥枢纽现在衔接有沪汉蓉快速铁路、合福铁路、合蚌客专、宁西线西合段、合九线和华东二通道(淮南线),形成衔接蚌埠、阜阳、西安、武汉、九江(安庆)、铜陵(福州)、芜湖、南京等八个方向,合肥东为编组站,合肥北为主要货运站,合肥、合肥南为主要客运站的环型枢纽格局。
