一、《拉丁美洲研究》简介/About Us
《拉丁美洲研究》（双月刊）创刊于1979年（原名为《拉丁美洲丛刊》），是中国社会科学院主管、中国社会科学院拉丁美洲研究所主办的综合性学术期刊，是中国国内唯一一份研究拉美的专业性学术刊物。
The Journal of Latin American Studies is sponsored by Institute of Latin American Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (ILAS-CASS) in 1979. It is the only Chinese academic journal specializing in Latin American studies.
二、宗旨和定位/ Our Mission and Positioning
我刊以服务于中国拉美研究和教学、服务于中拉友好往来、服务于政府外交决策为宗旨。我刊定位是高端、专业的拉美研究成果发布平台和学术交流平台。
Our mission is to serve Latin American studies and education in China and to serve Sino-LAC relations. We aim to build a high-end platform for academic discussion and publication, providing in-depth knowledge for communities of policy-making, business, academia as well as the general public.
三、读者群及社会影响/ Social Influences
随着中拉经贸往来的不断增加、中拉友好合作关系的日益密切，中国国内掀起了拉美研究和学习的热潮。在此背景下，《拉丁美洲研究》吸引了国内外广大读者群。
With fast increasing exchange in areas of economy, society, politics and culture, interest for knowledge about Latin American has boomed in China. Under this background, our journal has attracted a vast group of readers both in China and abroad.
四、作者队伍建设/Our Authors
目前中国的拉美研究作者队伍建设正处于发轫期，为不断提高刊物学术水平，我刊致力于作者队伍的多元化、国际化发展。
To improve the academic quality of our journal continuously, we’re trying to make our authors’ group diversified and internationalized.
五、欢迎赐稿/ Welcome Contributions
本刊热诚欢迎国内外拉美研究专家学者向我刊投寄稿件或推荐优秀作品。来稿应具有原创性和严谨性，遵守学术规范。对所有来稿，本刊一律实行双向匿名专家审稿与编辑三级审稿相结合的审稿制度。
We welcome articles of theoretical and practical value from all over the world. Article delivered should be original academic papers and conform to the norm of our journal. Blind review system applies to all contributions.
六、选题范围/ Topics for our journal
除了拉美政治、经济、社会、文化、外交及中拉关系等传统选题外，我刊还欢迎有关全球治理、新兴经济体、金砖国家、中拉产能合作、非传统安全、气候与生态治理、能源安全等诸多领域选题。
Except traditional topics such as Latin American economies, politics, societies, cultures and diplomacies, we’re expanding to more broad issues, such as global governance, emerging economies, BRICS studies, capacity cooperation, non-traditional securities, climate change and ecology, energy safety, etc.
七、投稿要求/ Requirements for Articles
稿件写作语言可以是汉语、西班牙语或葡萄牙语。稿件篇幅要求1.5万汉字左右。来稿需有400字左右的内容提要（200词的英文摘要）、5～6个关键词、主要参考文献。
Articles delivered can be in English, Spanish or Portugues, we’ll arrange translation and cover relevant cost. The length of each article should be about 8-thousand English/Spanish words. Each article should have an abstract of about 250 words, 5~6 key words and references list.
八、学术规范/Academic Norms
论文引用的文献、观点、数据或重要事实，必须用脚注形式注明来源。
Sources of literatures and citations of opinion, data or facts must be clearly marked with footnotes.
