手机传播能力对手机使用行为的影响研究:超越使用与满足理论
Impact of mobile communication competence on mobile use:beyond uses and gratification
[摘 要]:本文采用暨南大学使用手机的学生为(N=1218)的问卷调查资料, 测量大学生的手机传播能力对手机使用行为的影响; 通过因子分析,发现手机传播能力的潜在变量有技术—效率,偏好---情感,表达—恰当三个因子,手机使用行为的潜在变量有休闲—娱乐、沟通—交际两个因子。在此基础上,本文借助多元回归分析法,探讨了手机传播能力对手机使用行为的影响,研究发现,控制了其他变量之后,大学生的手机传播能力的技术—效率、偏好---情感、表达—恰当三个因子对手机使用行为的休闲—娱乐、沟通—交际两个因子均有显著的正向的影响。因而,本研究提出了一个更为简洁的手机传播能力与手机使用行为的理论模型,并且提出对手机使用行为应该不仅局限与使用与满足理论这一传统视野。
Abstract: Based on a survey on students of Jinan University (N=1218) who are using mobile, this study develop a measure of college student’s mobile communication competence and mobile use. By conducting an exploratory factor analysis mobile communication competence, results identified threes latent constructs: technology-efficacy factor、preference-affect factor 、expressive-appropriate factor; While conducting an exploratory factor analysis mobile use, results identified two latent constructs: leisure-entertainment factor 、communication- socialize factor. This article also discusses the influence of mobile communication competence on mobile use with the multiple regressions. Results show that the threes factors of mobile communication competence have positive effects on two factors of mobile use. This study argues a more concise model of the relation of mobile communication competence with mobile use and points out that the research on mobile communication should not solely focus on the theory of uses and gratification.
