传统运输企业向现代物流转型的现状与对策分析

                                ——以浙江省为例

摘要：本文通过对比分析传统运输企业与现代物流的特点，根据浙江省物流与运输企业的发展现状，提出浙江省传统运输企业向现代物流进行转变过程中存在认识和需求不足、缺乏法律保障的发展环境等问题，并从政府、企业两个角度出发，利用电子商务的优势，发展与生产制造企业相结合的物流服务，扩大商业企业的配送中心规模，调整政府制度和物流企业观念，对今后转型的思路和对策进行了详细探讨。

Problems and Strategies Analyses about Transition from Traditional Transport Entity to Modern Logistics Entity

Abstract: Through comparative analysis of the characteristics between the traditional transport and modern logistics, according to the development situation of transport and logistics enterprises in Zhejiang Province, this article proposed that there is a shortage of demand, lack of awareness and legal protection of the environment in Zhejiang Province. Then, Considering two point of view between government and enterprises, this article propose to use of the advantages of E-commerce, development logistics services which combination with manufacturing business, expand the size of the distribution center in commercial enterprises, adjust the system of government and the concept of logistics enterprises. Finally, the future restructuring ideas and measures were discussed in detail.
