产业集群衍生效应的若干理论问题探讨*

——以高科技产业集群为例

摘要：文章认为知识溢出是产业集群衍生效应的内在原因，衍生效应是知识溢出在集群特定区域和文化条件下的表达。在对知识溢出的内涵、核心特征、实现载体、驱动力等要素进行梳理和分析的基础上，提出了产业集群衍生效应的概念，构建了衍生效应的要素模型。根据集群衍生效应在广度和深度两个方面的表现，将衍生效应分为两大类（技术衍生效应和企业衍生效应），并对衍生效应的理论体系及作用机制进行了探讨。

Study on the Theoretical Problems of Derivative Effect in Industry Clusters

——Case of high-tech industry clusters

Abstract：The paper maintains that knowledge spillovers is the intrinsic cause of derivative effect in industrial clusters, and the derivative effect is some expression of knowledge spillovers in the specific regional and cultural conditions of a cluster. Based on the transaction and analysis of some factors of the knowledge spillovers, such as connotation, characteristics, realizing carrier and driving force, the concept of derivative effect is proposed, and the elements model of derivative effect is constructed. According to the breadth and depth of derivative effect in a cluster, it was divided into two major categories (technical derivative effect and business derivative effect), and theoretical system and mechanism of derivative effect were discussed.
