技术扩散与跨区域产业集群互动发展*

——基于长三角地区的实证研究

摘  要：相关经验表明，某一区域产业集群内的企业可以与周边区域、城市乃至更远地区的企业进行技术合作（如技术引进、技术转移等活动），以便提升集群内企业创新能力。本文依托国际五大城市群发展模式的研究，从相关运营主体的发展模式、市场载体演进路径、政策导向及其制度框架三个层面，通过问卷调查对我国长三角地区技术扩散与产业集群互动发展进行实证研究，以期为我国技术扩散与产业集群互动发展提供经验证据。

Technology Diffusion and Interactive Development of Industry Clusters

——Empirical Study Based on Yangtze River Delta

Abstract: An enterprise in industrial cluster can carry out technical cooperation (such as technology introduction, technology transfer and other activities) with the enterprises in surrounding region and beyond, in order to promote the innovation ability of the enterprises within the cluster. Based on the development mode research on global urban agglomerations, this paper does an questionnaire survey on China's Yangtze River Delta and empirical research on technology diffusion and interaction development of industrial cluster, through the development mode of operation subject, evolution path of market carrier, policy orientation and system framework of three levels with period for our country technology diffusion and industry cluster interaction development of empirical evidence.
